Learning Design & Facilitation

Prior to creating Kellenva Coaching, I spent 15 years as Learning & Development professional within the John Lewis Partnership, gaining my L5 CIPD qualification as part of my role. My background in learning compliments my coaching practice which itself is all about learning. Learning was the springboard that got me into coaching and the reason I have spent the last 5 years developing myself further in both disciplines.

There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing people have that 'eureka' moment as a result of learning something new about themselves. Both my coaching and learning approach is designed to bring about new awareness, to plant the seeds of possibility, to challenge mindsets & thinking, to help learners realise their choices and take action.

Learning/Training Needs Analysis

As my client, I will work with you to understand your desired outcomes, what your current status quo is and the gap. Through spending time with you, your employees and leaders, I seek to understand organisational culture, values, history and pain points. Utilising a variety of data collection methods and creating insight from that data, I seek to understand how I can design learning that will support the organisation in realising it's outcomes.

Design, Facilitation & Evaluation

Using the insight gained from the LNA, I will design a blended learning solution that suits your organisation's needs in terms of; scale & scope, pitch, duration, method and desired outcomes. I have extensive experience of working with teams at all levels within organisations, designing & facilitating virtual and face to face learning interventions, evaluating the learning and showing the return on investment.

As well as designing 'one off' learning interventions, I also have experience of designing development programs for leaders which are held with cohorts over a period of time. One to one coaching can form part of the development journey for leaders as they go through these programs.

Psychometric tools may be required as part of the learning journey, I have extensive experience of using the following tools:
