How Can Leadership Coaching Help Me & My Organisation?
The challenges that Leaders face in their roles today are numerous and varied. With the global pandemic in full swing, a whole raft of new challenges have also appeared. Leaders today have so many responsibilities; lead and develop their teams, meet deadlines and KPIs, manage remote working and projects, create strategy and nurture culture, to name but a few tips of the iceberg.
With all these competing commitments, not to mention creating a work/life balance, it can be challenging to know where your focus needs to be. What do you prioritise, which decisions do you make, how do you keep your stakeholders happy and how do you keep all the plates spinning?
Whilst primarily focussed on supporting you to deliver your business accountabilities, my Leadership Coaching extends to the whole person, not just the work 'you'. Our sessions will take the shape and form that you need, in order to achieve your goals, wherever the path may take us.

Whether you are looking for a Leadership Coach for yourself, or to contract me to work with leaders in your business, a Discovery Call is the first step. This is time for me to get to know you, your organisation, your culture and ultimately what you wish to bring to coaching. This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know me, explore my style, my approach, my previous work and results.
Similar to designing the alliance from my Personal Development coaching, it's vital that we discuss how we plan to work together and what role the coaching sponsor/line manager (where appropriate) will play. We'll need to plan our sessions to fit with your work patterns, discuss locations, number of sessions and methods e.g. virtual or location based.
In order to get the best results for you personally and subsequently your organisation, its essential that tangible goals are established in this session. These goals will be the basis and direction for our conversations and will be reviewed regularly to establish what progress is being made.
The Conversations - What Should I Expect?
Our conversations will be immersive, tailored to you and focussed on enabling you to achieve the goals you have identified. You can expect me to challenge your thinking, explore the 'system' in which you operate, your workplace and personal preferences. The use of psychometric tools to understand personality, potential, strengths and workplace performance can also be utilised as part of this journey.
You can expect the conversations to raise your awareness of your current situation and support you in identifying strategies to help achieve the results you are held accountable for. A development plan will be created as part of our Leadership Coaching, which will map and track your progress against your coaching goals. In addition a blended approach of coaching and workplace learning may also be utilised where required.
