Bite Sized Coaching is now live!
Over the winter break I decided to increase the ways in which you can work with me for 2023. I've taken some of my favourite coaching tools and created 3 new Bite Sized Coaching sessions, where you can book a 90 min session with me and have a really focussed conversation, using a specific tool. These sessions can be used in isolation or in conjunction with other coaching sessions and represent an easy way to dip your toe into coaching and get maximum value, without having to commit to one of my full coaching programs.

That's it, it's official.
I have graduated from my Psychology Masters program and I'm very pleased to say, with a Distinction! This has been the culmination of 12 months of hard work, a lot of research, burying my head in books and academic journals and delving headlong into the fascinating world of human behaviour.
Studying Psychology formally has been a dream of mine for a number of years to build on my informal learning of the last 16+ years. Many of the things I have learnt during this program have supported my coaching work tremendously as I now have an even deeper and academic understanding of the way people 'are', and I can now use this increased knowledge to help my clients understand even more about themselves too.
