What Would An Intro Session Look Like?
I have extensive experience of speaking to individuals, small groups and large conferences about coaching and the value it can add. A typical introduction to coaching session can last between 30-60 minutes and comprises of the following elements:

Working with you, I'll create a totally bespoke session to help introduce the concept of coaching to your organisation. The format of the session is up to you, I have delivered these sessions virtually as well as face to face.
